Everything you see in social media is designed to be addictive.
It is designed to be volatile.
When was the last time we actually opened an article on Twitter to read it, instead of liking it simply because of the Title or the Meme?
When was the last time we read authentic, pure content with the intent to educate, without ulterior motives of pressing a sale, incite violence, or shamble our emotions with political gravitas?
There is a need for cohesiveness and public discourse that inspires freedom of thought in society.
That’s why we created weclikd: to spark the small interactions and thoughts that matter, to build strong communities that can disagree civilly yet stick cohesively together, as we are one dynamic human, but a microcosm of the whole.
