Remote work might be here to stay

As stress decreases greater than 10 percent, it seems that this new model of remote work might stay. It saves corporate costs on rent and increases employee satisfaction as there is no need to commute. This may rely on the large trust between employer and employee bonds, which may be weakened to new hires and there may be a collapse in company culture. While there are tradeoffs, there will be a significant change in more companies adopting remote work as a new potential viable method for employment.
