This is brilliant with a defined target addressable market and reuse of flour for the dishes to minimize food waste. They can definitely have a B2B play with restaurants and B2C with their own proprietary recipes. However there is something wholesome with a chef preparing a meal that may not be easily replicated, with a dash of delicate finishes that make a dish.
